Capital One, Heart of America donate books

Capital One Financial Corp., McLean, Va., partnered with Heart of America Foundation, D.C., to donate more than 12,000 books to nearly 5,000 children in March's National Literacy Month; also revitalized library at Gentilly Terrace Elementary School, New Orleans.
